Orders for HENLEY jewelry may be placed via fax, postal mail, or e-mail. Please use our handy Order Form to assist us in filling your order. You may fax or mail the completed form to us. Or use it to organize your order before sending an e-mail order. Please include all relevant information from the order form in your e-mail.

• All jewelry is custom-made for each order once payment has been received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your HENLEY jewelry.
  
  
• For pieces using crystals, be sure to visit the Crystals page and note your selections on the order form
  
  
• We prefer personal checks, business or cashier checks, and USPS or American Express money orders for all payments. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
